This product comes in a Loveliev designed carton box. 

For gifting purpose, you may consider adding on our premium gift box via the link here. It comes with a microfibre pouch that protects your products from dust, and helps to maintain its shine and lustre. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days upon order confirmation and notification of payment received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Production Time

1. Personalized Photo Jewellery & Accessories require 2 week production time before shipment. 
2. Personalized Name & Photo Locket Jewellery require 2-3 week production time before shipment. 
3. Initial & Pearl Jewellery require 1-1.5 week production time before shipment.
4. Crystal Jewellery & Photo Locket Keychains require 1 week production time before shipment. 

Note that abovementioned production lead time excludes festive periods. 

Local Shipping

1. Standard shipping is at SGD 4, via local courier with available tracking.
2. Free shipping for orders above SGD 120.
3. Orders are estimated to be received in 2-3 business days from date of shipment. 

International Shipping

1) Delivery to Malaysia, Brunei:

1. Standard shipping is at SGD 7 with available tracking.
2. Free shipping for orders above SGD 120.
3. Orders are estimated to be received in 6-8 business days from date of shipment.

2) Delivery to Asia (excl Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Malaysia, Brunei):

1. Standard shipping is at SGD 9 with available tracking.
2. All orders above SGD 120 will enjoy complimentary shipping.
3. Orders are estimated to be received in 7-15 business days from date of shipment. Note that this delivery time is only an estimate, it differs by country and is subject to customs inspection which may require additional days.

3) Delivery to Rest of the World (incl Australia, New Zealand, Japan):

1. Standard shipping is at SGD 12 with available tracking.
2. All orders above SGD 120 will enjoy complimentary shipping.
3. Orders are estimated to be received in 10-21 business days from date of shipment. Note that this delivery time is only an estimate, it differs by country and is subject to customs inspection which may require additional days.

Gentle Reminders

1. Kindly note that for international orders, there might be taxes or duty fees. These will be payable by the customer.
2. Kindly ensure that the right colors/sizes of the products have been selected before check out.
3. In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (local SG orders) or 30 working days (international orders) after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier, kindly email to helloloveliev@gmail.com so we can assist you with your parcel status.

All sales are final and we do not offer any refunds or accept returns for any products in our store. However, we do offer product replacements for defective products or wrong orders. Please refer to our Exchanges & Returns Policy for more information.

How to care for your jewelry:

1. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, using the airtight ziplock cover provided.
2. Keep away from lotions, oils perfumes and cosmetics which can cause the jewelry to tarnish
3. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming or exercise as sweat can affect the coating of the jewelry
